Along with being fluent in Spanish, Susana brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to Williams and Stuart.  She has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.  Her versatility and adaptability make her an excellent asset to our organization.  

Susana is very customer driven and she greatly enjoys meeting and working with her clientele.  She is accustomed to working with a broad range of clients with varying requirements and wishes.  Susana has the ability to put her customers at ease and allow them to enjoy their experience.  Her knowledge and attention to detail ensure that transactions close smoothly and quickly. 

Susana has a passion for creative thinking when it comes to sales strategies.  She is very resourceful and uses innovative methods for attracting attention to her listings.  One of Susana’s greatest assets is her ability to negotiate.  She is perceptive and insightful ensuring that her clients receive the best outcome. 

Susana is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island.  She is a health and fitness enthusiast and greatly enjoys spending time with her daughter, Sofia.
